By accessing the Travokro website and services, submitting contact or lead forms, or depositing payments, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you disagree with any segment of these clauses, please do not initiate a booking.
2. Booking Contract & Eligibility
All bookings are conducted between the traveler(s) and Travokro. By requesting reservations, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and hold the authority to bind all members of your group to this agreement. A reservation is officially confirmed only upon receipt of the initial advance payment and issuance of our booking confirmation voucher.
3. Price Policy & Adjustments
Travokro reserves the right to revise advertised package rates before your initial deposit. Confirmed prices are generally protected, except in cases where pricing revisions are forced by changes in government tax rates (GST), state-imposed vehicle entry permits, forest department fees, or fuel price fluctuations of more than 10%.
4. Passport, Permits, & Travel Insurance
It is the traveler’s responsibility to carry a valid Government-issued Photo ID (Aadhar Card, Passport, Voter ID) required for hotel check-ins and state border checkposts.
- For areas requiring restricted permissions (e.g. Spiti Valley Inner Line Permits, Rohtang Pass Permits), you must provide necessary documents 72 hours in advance.
- We strongly advise all travelers to purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering emergency evacuation, trip cancellations, medical expenses, and luggage losses.
5. Standards of Behavior
Travelers are expected to comply with local laws and respect regional customs (especially in rural Himachali villages and religious temples). If a traveler conducts themselves in a manner that is hazardous, disruptive, or offensive to other guests, guides, or drivers, Travokro reserves the right to terminate the tour package immediately. In such cases, no refunds or compensation will be issued.
6. Liability Limitations & Supplier Terms
Travokro operates as a tour coordinator connecting you with hotels, homestays, local taxi unions, and activity operators. We are not liable for:
- Personal injury, property loss, or delay caused by supplier default or negligence.
- Losses, damage, or expenses caused by weather conditions, landslides, road closures, heavy snow, strikes, blockades, lockouts, or government decrees (Force Majeure).
- Mechanical failures of vehicles, provided we take immediate steps to coordinate replacement transport.
7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, arbitration, or claim arising out of or relating to your booking with Travokro shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Shimla, Himachal Pradesh, India.
